I intend for my work to be poles of binary facets of light and dark, to push and pull, and convey the essence of spontaneity yet within the rhythms of your visual expectancy, with a soothing sense of introspection and carried through the magic of self-reverence; a journey of one color vibrating through another, and the discrepancies of values counterbalancing light with a calming sense of motion and a place for contemplation.

I express my thoughts through memory and inspiration reflective of the beauty of the deep sea and the landscapes I have observed, to the space high above, where I can view the world from with a far more liberated perspective.

I elicit your participation as my audience to become a part of it, by perceiving what I express to you aesthetically, interpreting it through your own imagination, altering and completing it as your own work of art. It is only then that you can allow yourself to be effected emotionally and feel the presence of a successful work of art. But, ultimately, your enjoyment as an instinctive reaction to pleasure is the final criterion of judgement.
